Dulcop International S.p.A. hereby informs that it has detected unauthorized access to an external German platform used for sending newsletters.
The platform was improperly used by third parties to send fraudulent communications. Dulcop has therefore also suffered the consequences of this unauthorized access and the fraudulent use of the service and its sender identity.
The Company immediately activated the necessary security measures as well as technical, privacy, and cybersecurity assessments.
If you have received unusual emails associated with Dulcop or Bubble World, we kindly ask you not to click on any links, not to provide personal or banking information, and to delete the message.
