Innovating to protect children’s play — and the future of our planet.

This is the goal behind Dulcop’s production strategy: a balance of manufacturing quality, organizational efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
Every step of the process has been redesigned with a clear principle: achieve more, with less impact.
The preparation of our liquid has been re-engineered to improve timing and performance, while waste reduction is ensured through continuous-cycle production and integrated digital management.

A short, traceable, and optimized supply chain

All soap bubble components — cap, bottle, wand, lens, and ball — are produced in-house using 8 injection molding machines powered by self-generated energy. Direct control over every step allows us to:
  • Reduce waste
  • Reuse materials efficiently
  • Guarantee full batch traceability
Each 60 ml bottle undergoes multiple quality checks, both automatic and manual, along a highly digitalized production line. This ensures:
  • Product safety
  • Minimal non-conformities
  • Optimized resource consumption

Renewable energy

A photovoltaic system installed in June 2025 now covers up to 70% of our energy needs. The entire facility is heated and cooled with heat pumps — with no reliance on fossil fuels.

A leaner process, a lighter impact

Thanks to a fully redesigned layout, each production cycle — from molding to packaging — now takes less than 8 minutes, all on a single level with no unnecessary movements. Internal logistics are fully automated, with MODULA vertical warehouses reducing both space requirements and energy use.
At Dulcop, efficiency and sustainability are not separate goals — they are part of the same industrial design.
