The company has launched a three-year ESG action plan, fully aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
The first Sustainability Report will be published in October 2025 in accordance with GRI standards, offering full transparency and certified data across all aspects of corporate governance.

 In 2024, Dulcop completed its first comprehensive greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory, mapping Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
The new 509 kWp photovoltaic system now covers 70% of the energy needs of its 25.000 sqm facility, aiming at 80% by 2025. This strategic choice allows the company to avoid over 300.000 kg of CO₂ emissions each year.
The entire facility was designed based on efficiency principles: smart lighting, intelligent heating and cooling systems, real-time consumption monitoring, and ERP/MES solution integration. A tangible model of a low-impact industry.

 On the social front, Dulcop has implemented a Gender Equality Plan compliant with UNI/PdR 125:2022, coordinated by a qualified Gender Manager. The company has also introduced welfare programs and ESG trainings for all employees.
The appointment of a General Manager with a background in industrial production and in Sustainability Management tasked with leading the transition to a more responsible and resilient business model further strengthen governance in terms of continuity and accountability.
Finally, our in-house Research & Development division plays a key role in this vision, focusing on the design of safe products for children, the use of eco-friendly materials and continuous innovation, with the aim of combining play and responsibility.

 Dulcop is implementing a supplier qualification system based on environmental and proximity criteria, to reduce Scope 3 emissions and ensure a value chain aligned with its sustainability commitments.
